In order to handle the claim as efficient as possible we require some minimum information:
- Bill of Lading copy (or transport document)
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Loading/quality report
- Estimated claim amount
- Location of goods and who to contact for survey purposes
- Pictures of damaged goods
- Insurance Certificate
